String of Early Hand Made Trade Beads from an old collection, retaining tag, which reads: VENETIAN "Green Snowballs" A. D. 1750-90. Snow brings green life in the Spring. Red for life. Very rare. Small "Chevrons". Total of 146 beads present: 114 small green, 22 small red and 7 large multicolored.

There is a total of 104 beads present: 85 blue and 19 red, six of the red embelished with white enamel dots.

Strung on Austrian "Jet" of A. D. 1800's. There is a total of 115 beads present: 56 faceted, 46 small, 2 oval, 6 small decorated and 5 large decorated.
